nature poetry
An ode to Mother Nature; poems that take their inspiration from the great outdoors.
Writing Prompts
Advancement and expansion has led to pollution reaching even the most secluded places. Mother nature's complexion had gradually faded. Skin drying and cracking with droughts, hair falling out with deforestation. The fresh water once running through her veins, clogged with garbage and oil spills. Her mood slowly beginning to worsen with unpredictable weather, health wavering. She has grown quite weak with the punishment we have put her through. She is our mother. Maintaining us with all we need. Every creature on earth is her child from the smallest insect to the largest mammal. She provides all, but all we do is destroy. And for what? Innovation? Technological advancement? With our ever expanding knowledge we are slowly deteriorating her to nothing. When will we treat her body like a temple again?

A Castle That Be
Oh what a muse this castle be, deep in the forest of evergreen-sun beams, for eyes to please; Yet, this castle, was a trip to dare, in all its hassle of getting there – Yet, fair, so beautifully vivid in sunlight glare. Such a place for poetic bliss, while this pen slings feelings of kiss!
