'Medabots' Had Games!?
The 1999 anime Medabots is one of my all-time favorites. However, until recently, I hadn't played the games the anime was adapting. Around the time of its English broadcast, the only game I was aware of was Medabots: Metabee & Rokusho for Game Boy Advance. I was not too fond of this game when I was younger because the motion tweening used in its battle animations was stilted compared to the fluid animation featured in the anime. Unbeknownst to me, Medabots: Metabee & Rokusho was a remake of Medarot 2, so in other words, there were other games. Two decades later, I discovered that not only were there more games, but the Medabots fan community was in the process of translating them. Thankfully, most Medarot games are Game Boy titles with less off-putting battle animations.

Grace Ashcroft was the Perfect Addition to the Resident Evil Franchise
Grace Ashcroft is one of the most fascinating characters ever brought to the Resident Evil franchise. She felt like a breathe of fresh air, and I enjoyed watching her character try to survive. The voice actor truly did a great job bringing her character to life, she felt like a real person to me that was so scared. Her slow journey from a scared woman to a courageous one throughout the game was executed so well, and her story was perfectly done!

Resident Evil Requiem is the Perfect Ending for Leon Kennedy in the Resident Evil Franchise
I'm not exactly sure what Capcom has in store for Leon's character in the Resident Evil franchise, but if his journey does end with Resident Evil 9, then this is the perfect send off for his character. Resident Evil Requiem is linked to the past of Leon, when it comes to what he went through in Raccoon City. This was an unexpected twist; and while this game is also Grace's story, Leon's story was connected so well to the rest of the game.
