JD Vance: Why The Young Ex-Marine Vice President Might Run From The Presidency
Rumors are circulating and a look at the possibilties shows various different reasons.

Why JD Vance Might Not Run For President
By now, most people have either heard the rumors or seen the social media buzz on Facebook, Twitter, and others, that says JD Vance may surprisingly not run for president in 2028. As the presumptive front runner for the Republican nomination, and the man that Donald Trump labled the future of the Republican Party, why would JD Vance decide not to run? There are a few reasons that are believable, but likely won’t come out to the public, and then there are unthinkable reasons.
Easily Guessed Reasons JD Vance Won’t Run
JD Vance is a former member of the military, and by all accounts, not afraid of anything. So, why would a man, especially as young as he is, decide not to seek the office immediately in front of him? There are some easy to sumise reasons.
- Family life. It’s well known that Vance puts a priority on his family, and that’s respectable. As he and his wife, Usha Vance, are expecting a fourth child, it’s forseeable that he could decide to bow out of the public eye. It’s never been as complicated being a politician as it is in the current era, and political violence could take a man away from his family real fast. It’s a consideration that many in Washington have had to consider over the past six years.
- The stain of his boss’s effect on things. Whether you like Donald Trump, or you despise him, Donald Trump has been one of the most polarizing figures in modern history. And, as a young politician, JD Vance attached his political wagon to Donald Trump’s ever controversial horse. Much like with Mike Pence, Vance may have learned that Donald Trump is hard to work under, and JD Vance may not be as enthralled with politics due to his time as Trump’s second VP.
- The Iran conflict. America has been through one conflict after another. We barely got out of Afghanistan and the middle east, and since then we’ve seen conflicts rising in that area. Today, we find ourselves embroiled in a conflict between Israel and Iran. While there are many reasons to have belived Iran needed wiped off the face of the Earth, or at least its tyranical regime, the question does deserve thought. Why Now?
- American Politics. There’s little doubt that Donald Trump’s policies have been controversial and there have been several scandals and events to the detriment of the Trump administration. Two of those are specifically centered around the ICE operations in Minneapolis, and around the country. There’s been extremely reckless rhetoric by Democratic leadership, and the people in Minneapolis responded in a reckless, and sometimes violent fashion. One person tried to flee the federal agents and struck an ICE agent, resulting in her being shot. As a former law enforcement officer, I can weigh in on it all day, and America is still divided over that incident. Then, the Alex Pretti shooting happened. And that one…it’s hard to understand how the officers came to the decision to shoot the man. Between the controversy behind ICE, and the Democrats constantly going to the Epstein files, which may or may not contain damming information about our leaders, being in politics right now doesn’t sound fun.
Ultimately, JD Vance could be on the verge of a shocking decision. Do the above reasons explain why a former Marine would decide not to run for president. Marines aren’t known for running from a fight, or fearing hard and complex situations. Could there be something else that’s giving JD Vance pause when it comes to his commitment to public service and the cause of the conservatives? Sure there could. But, some of the other reasons are harder to accept, or believe.
As Vice President, JD Vance is in a particularly sensitive position of power and trust. He’s got a security clearance that’s going to give him access to discussions about things not meant for the general public. As such, what JD Vance might know, might just shock us all.
- As a young Vice President, could JD Vance know that the Apophis Asteroid coming in 2029, just a few months after the innauguration that year, might be more of a danger than they’ve let on. At 18,000 miles, closer than many of our satelites, if it has changed trajectory and the government knowns it’s going to hit us, Vance may want to be out of the blast radius, both politically and physically.
- Congress has been having hearings the past few years to discuss and examine the files and encounters with UFOs/UAPs. What might Vance have learned about these remarkable, and often hard to fathom, reports on the encounters?
- There’s been a sudden and rapid push to get boots on the moon again. Why? Why, as our government is in more debt than ever, with no change in sight, have we committed the resources to get to the moon with the goal of developing and outpost and the resources on the moon to use it as a jump point to Mars?
- Chaos over energy? The energy we currently have access to isn’t infinite. There’s a finite amount, expected by current standards to be exhausted between 2050 and 2060. That’s right. So, get ready to start walking. Without major changes, the available fossil fuels that are feasible to get, will have been used. A VP may know this and understand the disaster that is coming.
- Global Climate Change. The Republicans have pushed this as a Democratic hoax. But, everybody with common sense is able to understand that is mere political speak. Rampid climate issues continue to plague society, most recently the massive floods to hit the Hawain Islands. There’s been predictions that by 2050 we could see as much as a foot of water rise in the oceans, leading to devastating effects for the coast lines. Is there something Vance knows that might make him want to spend more time with his family and prepare for a doomsday scenario?
There are many reasons why a younger member of congress, someone who goes to the Whitehouse as VP, might choose not to pursue the presidency. Is it more than he wants? Is he that devout of a family man? Or, has he learned something while he’s there that makes him want to get his family and himself away from a coastal region, such as the East Coast and Washington D.C.
As the rumors continue to circulate, Vance will no doubt make a public statement. The question is, in this political climate, will anybody actually believe him if he says, “For personal reasons?”
Does anybody remember the movie Deep Impact, the one with Morgan Freeman as President (we wish), Robert Duvall, and Tea Leoni? Remember how she learned about the E.L.E. A politician surprisingly decided to step away because they knew something horrible was about to happen, and they wanted to spend all the time they could with the ones they love. Since live often imitates art, and there aren't enough fingers on one human to count the number of times things have played out in recent years that are imitating movies, books, or music, we have to ponder if JD is on the run from the presidency. That's if the rumors are true.

J.D. Vance was not a brave fighting marine. You have that wrong about him. he was not a marine who served at sea. He did not face any danger. He had a job in a cushy comfortable office as a marine correspondent. He wrote articles and reports. That’s what he did in the Marines. Hardly anything brave. you are painting a picture of JD Vance that does not exist. He was not serving in any sort of battleship in any way whatsoever.
