Brooklyn Audience Provides the Entertainment At Future Host: A Speech Opera
Photo by Tomasz Baranowski Last week, a friend asked me to attend an experimental theater production called Future Host: A Speech Opera at the Knockdown Center in Brooklyn. Coming from Westchester, the number of locomotives to be boarded is tiresome to even think about and actually executing the manifest feels like punching a ticket for Mars. But the company good, I accepted the invitation and put on my theater lab coat.

"Paradise Lost"
Robert Massimi. In The Fellowship For Performing Arts, Max McLean brings forth another body of work that is loyal to the Theater Companies mission... Christian works worldwide, that have a message, as well as inspirational embodiment within its work. In "Paradise Lost" Lucifer has been banished from heaven. Being beaten, he is vindictive and wants revenge. He turns his eye to the Creator's new world, a Paradise inhabited by creatures- male and female - made in his image. Adam and Eve have dominion over this garden of delight where they live in joy and happiness. God gives one stipulation to this place of bliss, they must not eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Why the Comedienne Needs to Make Us Laugh Again
I have Sirius radio in my vehicle. I do enjoy the variety and the lack of commercials. For me, paying to subscribe is worth it to avoid countless advertising that I would not listen to anyway. I would just change the station, just like I do on TV.

The TeamLab Borderless Experience
If you've never heard of TeamLab then you are missing out! TeamLab is a digital art museum full of beautiful pieces of art and music that form one big borderless world. The artwork moves amongst each other intermingling and never staying in one space. The pieces move throughout your time there so it's a good idea to check out a room more than once because it may be different the second time around. When you walk in you find yourself in a dark room only to be lit by the artwork. Flowers were floating all around us. The colors were absolutely beautiful.

2019 has been another whirlwind. Avengers: Endgame is the highest grossing movie of all time, Dark Phoenix and Terminator: Dark Fate killed their franchise, and Spider-Man: Far From Home became the web-slingers' first billion dollar movie. Sequels such as The LEGO Movie Part 2, IT: Chapter Two, Hobbs and Shaw, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker failed to match their predecessors, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood had the biggest opening of Quentin Tarantino's career, and Joker became the highest grossing R-rated movie of all time and the first to hit $1 billion.
