A Good Breakfast and Fresh Flowers
A soft reminder that you are enough, and time is on your side
Others may leave, but you will always remain. So, eat a good breakfast every day, keep fresh flowers in your room, and occasionally buy yourself a gift. The secret of life is nothing more than this: what remains in your life amidst the tranquility is what you truly desire—what truly belongs to you. It doesn’t have to be much, but it must be good.
Don’t rush through life; take it slow. You are not lacking, and everything will be alright.
Tasks will be finished one by one, your wallet will gradually fill up, and the people you love will steadily thrive. Life is full of ups and downs; it simply has its share of joys and sorrows.
Don’t panic, don’t panic. The sun sets, then the moon shines; the moon sets, then the sun rises. I hope you receive good news that illuminates your entire winter. What remains is precious and joyful.
Tell yourself that what you’ve lost is a lesson from time, not something to cling to; cherish what you have and what you gain. Whether you lose or win, remember the words of the Diamond Sutra: "All things are originally nothing, why crave possession?"
Therefore, live a simple life with minimal needs and keep simple friends. What remains will be joy and preciousness. In this world, the act of being calculating has become an unnecessary luxury.
