India is preparing to embroil Pakistan in a potential conflict on its borders,

According to defense and diplomatic experts, relations between India and Israel have been strengthening for the past several years

Special Report: Investigative Journalist Malik Sarfaraz Hussain Awan In recent days, a claim has been circulating on social media and some unverified sources that India is preparing to embroil Pakistan in a potential conflict on its borders, and various speculations are being made in this regard based on the meeting between Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Benjamin Netanyahu during his recent visit to Israel. However, it is very important to take a realistic and responsible look at this sensitive issue so that accurate information can be provided to the public.

According to defense and diplomatic experts, relations between India and Israel have been strengthening for the past several years, especially in the fields of defense, cybersecurity, drone technology and intelligence. In this context, meetings between the leaders of the two countries are considered a routine diplomatic activity. However, there is no credible or verifiable evidence that a joint strategy has been developed against Pakistan under a secret plan. Nevertheless, the spread of such news itself indicates that there is an atmosphere of distrust and tension in the region.

Given the current situation in the region, it can be said that South Asia is already going through a sensitive geopolitical and political environment. In the past, clashes on the Line of Control, diplomatic tensions and a war of words have been witnessed between Pakistan and India. In such circumstances, if any unconfirmed news spreads rapidly, it can inflame public sentiments and create further distance between the two countries.

Pakistani defense experts say that the country's armed forces are fully prepared to deal with any kind of situation and border security is the top priority. According to them, Pakistan is not only capable of defending its sovereignty but is also in a position to respond to any potential threat in a timely and effective manner. However, it is also being made clear that Pakistan's policy has always been based on peace, stability and dialogue.

On the other hand, analysts emphasize that information warfare has become an important reality in the present era. Various state and non-state elements can spread information through social media that is far from reality but has a profound impact on public opinion. Therefore, it is important that the public does not forward any news without verification and relies only on authentic sources.

The situation is also becoming more complicated at the international level. Major powers are forming alliances in different regions under their interests, which may also have an impact on South Asia. India's strengthening relations with Israel is part of this global trend, however, it would be premature to directly link it to any secret conspiracy against Pakistan.

It is also a fact that war narratives are often used to increase political and diplomatic pressure. Such statements not only spread fear and panic in the region but also affect investment, the economy and public confidence. That is why experts repeatedly emphasize that conflict resolution is possible only through negotiations and diplomatic means.

The most important thing in the current situation is that Pakistan must remain vigilant at the defense, diplomatic and information levels. While the security agencies will have to make border surveillance more effective, the government will have to present its position in a strong manner at the global level. The media and journalists also have a responsibility to convey only verified information to the public so as to avoid unnecessary fear and uncertainty. Finally, it would be appropriate to say that although tension in the region is a reality, it is not right to present every news in a sensational manner. The public should show responsibility, stay away from rumors and be united regarding national security. Pakistan is a strong state and is capable of dealing with all kinds of challenges, however, peace is the only way that can guarantee a better future for the region
