Was Kendrick Johnson Killed?

The facts must be taken into account….

By Skyler SaundersPublished about 5 hours ago 3 min read

In the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the law enforcement in Georgia, there seems to be a wrongful death at best brewing here. The Johnson family has filed a $10B suit noting the severity of the case. The money will never bring KJ back but it shows how serious they are about taking down the alleged perpetrators.

Things just don’t add up. It appears as though KJ had fallen into a roll and suffocated. But how could he do that if the opening was 14 inches and his build was 19 inches?

The photos at the scene showed bloody knuckles among other bruises and lacerations suggesting some sort of an altercation.

Given the fact that he had been so built up, it’s only rational that someone stop for a moment and look at the facts. In this case, it appears as if he got into a fight and was knocked unconscious and rolled into a mat where he ultimately perished.

His way of death just seems strange. I mean eerie. It’s like he didn’t even have time to properly prepare to struggle. In his special set of circumstances, he allegedly noticed that he was taking strikes and could do nothing about it. If he had the ability to strike back, wouldn’t he have done so with force?

Wouldn’t he have used self-defense if this were the case. No. Allegedly, he was denied defending himself. He lived and died being always on the defensive and in this case he apparently was not given the opportunity to fend for himself. That’s the sad, scary part. That he is still shrouded in mystery after over a decade. That’s the interesting way that he had left this world. The question has been figuratively, did he jump or was he pushed. What was the problem that led up to his untimely death.

To keep people guessing, the authorities have been scrambling to prove that KJ’s demise was by his own hand. They have had at least one judge say he is responsible for dying on his own. This seems like hooey. I mean it looks that way. In a new lawsuit, it claims that KJ did not commit suicide. In fact, it paints a picture of him being attacked.

With a case as serious as to be in the multi-billion-dollar range, it is important that scrutiny be placed on it. If we are to take this case with the utmost significance, we should be able to do so with an emphasis on the life of KJ. He had lived to see what life had to offer before it was allegedly snatched away from him. Given the skills of the GBI, you would think they had a great hold on the facts of the investigation. That’s what’s so creepy about this case. The amount of blood and bruises that KJ sustained should tell someone something. What could’ve gone on in that scenario? What is the main motive behind his alleged slaying? It is not yet proven in a court of law. But that doesn’t stop the Johnson family. They’re focused on justice for their son. Though there will never be closure, they can find some sense of solace in the reality of seeing the case through.

If it helps, they can make out the money to strengthen the law enforcement agencies that clearly need help in creating rational scenes. All they have to do is donate the money to the GBI and create a better agency based on the money generated. That’s if they win. Here’s to the idea that justice is served either way.
